Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Promotional prices are valid only during the specified promotion period.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified at checkout. We accept Bank Transfer (DIGI/DBS Bank). Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship throughout Indonesia using trusted courier services. Free shipping is available for orders above Rp 259.000. Delivery times vary depending on your location, typically 2-5 business days for Java and 5-10 business days for other islands. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy page for detailed instructions and conditions.
