You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Please contact us via WhatsApp to initiate the process.
Eligible for Return
- Items received in wrong size or color
- Defective or damaged items (with photo evidence)
- Items significantly different from product description
- Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Intimate items (panties, thongs) for hygiene reasons — unless defective
How to Return

Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (to original payment method) or ship the exchange within 3-5 business days.
Important Notes
- • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after item inspection.
- • For bank transfer orders, refunds will be sent to your bank account.
- • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
